The origin of the olive oil obtained from Barnea olives takes us back to Israel.
It is one of the few olive trees that was bred by mixing a variety of trees.
This olive oil has a low rate of maturity and delights with its particular organoleptic characteristics. It has a distinctly fruity flavor with a hint of banana.
